No. You communicate with us in English (or Simplified/Traditional Chinese). We handle all local communication in Chinese on your behalf.

How fast do you reply?＋

Most requests receive a first response within a few hours and a fixed quote within 24 hours.

How do I pay?＋

We accept PayPal and bank transfer. For larger jobs we take a deposit and settle the balance on delivery.

How do you prove the work is done?＋

Every order includes photos and video with time and location stamps, plus receipts and a written report where relevant.

Can you lower prices because you're local?＋

We negotiate in Chinese as a local team, so sellers and factories deal with a Chinese buyer rather than quoting a foreigner premium.

Which cities do you cover?＋

We cover major cities and manufacturing clusters across China. Remote areas are assessed case by case.

What if I'm not satisfied?＋

One round of revisions is included. If something is wrong, tell us and we'll fix it before closing the order.
